1/2 cup chopped onion
8 tablespoons margarine
1 cup chopped pecans
1 package Ramen noodles
1 cup sugar or Splenda
1 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
Saute and brown onions, pecans and noodles in butter in a skillet.
Add to the shredded lettuce. Combine remaining ingredients for
dressing. Just before serving, toss dressing with lettuce; add salt and
pepper to taste.
