Published: 6/12/2008 | Updated: 1/23/2009

LAGRANGE, Mo. -- Hannibal Regional Hospital announced that the LaGrange Family Practice will be moved today to the Canton Family Practice because of rising river levels.

"With more rain in the forecast here and north of us, we felt it was best to move the LaGrange Family Practice to Canton," said Sherri Steinmann, director of community relations and public information officer at Hannibal Regional Hospital.

All patient records, medical equipment and supplies will be moved to the Canton Family Practice. Normal service hours will resume Monday at the Canton Family Practice.

Patients who need emergency care during the move are urged to go the Hannibal Regional Hospital Emergency Services.

"The LaGrange Family Practice will be reopened as soon as possible," Steinmann said.
