How Illinois lawmakers voted on bailout

Here is how members of the Illinois congressional delegation voted Monday on the $700 billion emergency rescue for the nation's financial system, which was rejected by the House on a 228-205 roll call. A "yes" vote is for the rescue; "no" is opposing the rescue.

Democrats Yes:

4. Phil Hare.

5. Danny Davis.

6. Rahm Emanuel.
