LIBERTY, ILL.-- Christmas in the Country home tours will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 10, in Camp Point, Liberty, Fowler and Barry.
Homes on the tour include Peggy Huston's, a Frank Lloyd Wright home built in 1917, at 331 N. Ohio St., Camp Point; Julie and Wayne Zimmerman's home, built in 2015, at 1540 E. 2253rd Lane, Camp Point; Phil and Joyce Welsh's home, built in 2009, at 981 E. 2250th St., Liberty; Frank and Brenda Siebers' home, built in 2002, at 1405 N. 1403rd Lane, Fowler; David and Mary Dodd's home, 821 E. 1700th St., Liberty; Norm and Nancy Boone's log home, built in 1998, at 2300 N. 200th Ave., Barry; and Nicole and Aaron Haynes' home, built in 2011, at 516 E. 2050th Ave., Liberty.
Cost is $10 per person, and tickets may be purchased at St. Thomas Hall in Camp Point, St. Brigid Hall in Liberty or at any house on the tour. There will also be a silent auction, candies and cookies sale, and a nativity display at St. Brigid Hall. At the end of the tour, there will be a drawing for prizes at St. Brigid. Refreshments are provided.
All benefits go to fund St. Thomas Youth Group's trip to Catholic Heart Work Camp in Memphis, Tenn.
