The engagement of Christina Goehl and Tony Roberson has been announced by her parents.
The bride-to-be, of Springfield, Ill., is a daughter of Phillip and Karen Goehl of 7010 Brickman Lane, Quincy. She graduated from Quincy High School in 2010 and from Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo., in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in chemistry. Miss Goehl is a fourth-year medical student at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield.
The prospective bridegroom, of Baton Rouge, La., is a son of Joseph and Kim Roberson of O'Fallon, Mo. He graduated from Fort Zumwalt West High School in O'Fallon in 2009, attended Webster University, and graduated from Truman State University in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. Mr. Roberson is a fourth-year doctoral student in school psychology at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
A May 26 wedding is planned in Missouri.
