Fromm scores 24 for Scotland County in road victory

PHILADELPHIA, Mo. -- Will Fromm led the Scotland County boys basketball team with 24 points in a 65-34 victory over Marion County on Monday.

Scotland County (9-7) limited Marion County to just five first-quarter points, but Marion County (4-6) battled back in the second quarter to outscore Scotland 14-12 and trailed 27-19 at halftime

Matthew Woods scored six of his 15 points in the third quarter to help the Tigers pull away as they outscored Marion County 19-3.

Lane Pence added 12 points for Scotland County. Alex Huffman and Ty Bowdish both had 11 points for Marion County.
