Highland boys take 10th at Mexico Invitational

MEXICO, Mo. -- The Highland boys cross country team took 10th out of 14 teams at the Mexico Invitational on Saturday.

Blair Oaks boys won the meet with a team score of 87. Collin Nelson was the Cougars' top finisher, finishing in 13th place with a time of 20:12.04. Fulton's Brock Fisher won the meet with a time 19:01.08.

On the girls side, Highland's Alexis Vaughn finished in 60th place. The Cougars didn't have enough runners for a team score. Bowling Green won the match for the girls with a score of 51.
