Sydney Hummert had 17 kills to help lead Quincy Notre Dame volleyball team to a 22-25, 25-17, 25-13 victory at Springfield on Wednsesday night. The Raiders trailed the entire first set and trailed early in the second set before rallying. QND scored seven of the first nine points in the third set. Maddie Peters and Taylor Keck had four aces apiece. Peters had 24 assists, and Meredith Siebers had four blocks.
Brussels 2, Griggsville-Perry 0: Kaitlyn Leenerts had four kills in the Tornadoes' 25-15, 25-15 loss on Wednesday at Brussels. A 10-point rally by the Raiders put them up 14-4 in the first set, and they took an early lead to win the second set.
Lewis and Clark 3, JWCC 0: Anna Peters had six kills in John Wood Community College's 25-21, 25-14, 25-15 loss in East Peoria. Kailey Owsley had 27 digs for the Trail Blazers (1-10).
