When I was a kid, I wanted to be ... I didn't have anything specific that I wanted to be when I was a kid. I just remember saying, "I want to help people in need."

What would you rather be doing right now? I would love to be back in Scottsdale, Ariz., enjoying the sunshine poolside and hiking.

Shhhhhh! Don't tell anyone that ... I was an all-state high jumper.

Other than your wedding day and/or the birth of your children, what was your proudest moment? When my husband, Dad and I successfully hiked to the top of Camelback Mountain.

It really stinks when ... people aren't true to who they actually are.

What word in the dictionary would your face be next to? Compassionate. Everyone is worthy of empathy and respect.

I always laugh when ... I am surrounded by family and friends.

Invite any three people, living or dead, to dinner. Who are they? My grandma, who passed away a year and a half ago, and my grandpa, who passed away just a few days ago, because I would do anything to spend another evening listening and learning from them. I also would invite my dad so he could enjoy the company of his parents one last time.

At the end of a really long day at work, I like to ... take a hot bubbly bath.

People who knew me in high school thought I was ... athletic and had a great personality.

My most unforgettable brush with greatness was ... when I went to the CMA Festival in Nashville and was surrounded by famous country stars.

I would drop all my plans tonight if I had the chance to ... go on vacation.

If someone gave me a million dollars, there is STILL no way I would ... go sky diving.

America should be more concerned about ... being respectful to others and concentrating on making a positive impact on the community in which you live.

I'm OK if there's ever a national shortage of ... coffee mugs.

When I'm on the internet, I always go to ... Pinterest. It's inspiring to me.

What is the most useful piece of advice you have ever received? "The dust will always be there," meaning spend quality time with loved ones and be in the moment while you have the opportunity, from Grandma.

When I'm cruising down the road, I'm likely listening to ... Sirius XM 63 -- The Message (Christian pop and rock).

I always get sentimental when ... I hear other people talk about how wonderful my grandparents were both inside and out.

The older I get, the more I realize ... tomorrow's not guaranteed. Make sure to tell those you care about how much you love them.

If I had one "do-over," I would ... not change anything.

My favorite item of clothing is ... baggy sweaters. I love being comfy and especially warm.

If I've learned anything at all ... it's to be humble and kind. There is always someone less fortunate than you. Be thankful for what you have been blessed with.
