Quincy man accused of entering courthouse with meth

QUINCY -- A Quincy man was arrested Tuesday after police said he reportedly tried to enter the Adams County Courthouse with methamphetamine.

The Adams County Sheriff's Department said court security made contact about 2 p.m. with a man later identified as Darren R. Boden, 41, as he attempted to enter the courthouse. Officers reportedly found 2.5 grams of methamphetamine during a search.

Boden was charged with possession of methamphetamine. He is being held in the Adams County Jail on $3,500 bond.
