The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Selina A. Meyer, 29, of Bonaparte, Iowa, was heading south at 11:10 a.m. on Mo. 81, 9 miles north of Kahoka, when it lost control on the ice-covered road, and went off the road and overturned.

A passenger in the car, Debra A. Williams, 62, was taken by Clark County Ambulance to Keokuk Area Hospital in Iowa for treatment of moderate injuries. Meyer was not injured.
