Pepsi Little People's Golf registration now open

QUINCY -- Registration for the 2019 Pepsi Little People's Golf Championships is now open.

The international tournament for boys and girls aged 3-18 will be June 17-19 at the 27-hole Westview Golf Course and the KC Par-3 Golf Course, both in Quincy. It is the 46th year for the tournament.

Pepsi Little People's is included in the AJGA Performance Based Entry system for boys and girls 14-18 and 12-13 age divisions, with Performance Stars awarded in those age divisions. It is a qualifier for boys and girls ages 5 through 14 for the 2019 IMG Academy Junior World Golf Championships, for the 2019 Future Champions Golf, and for the 2020 Future Collegians World Tour.

It is a ranked tournament for Junior Golf Scoreboard for boys and girls 10-18, the GolfWeek/Sagarin Junior Rankings for boys and girls 14-18, and Global Junior Golf Rankings for boys and girls 5-18.

Play is in seven age divisions for boys and girls (3-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15 and 16-18).

The Little People's Golf Championships Association (LPGCA) is a not-for-profit organization that has built a reputation as one of the largest and most prestigious junior golf tournaments in the World.

The LPGCA also has established its "Kids Helping Kids" program, which encompasses the Little People's Charitable Program, the Tri-State Junior Golf Tour, Little People's Scholarships and the Maureen J. Garrity Scholarship for Women.
