Shall the Board of Directors of the Canton R-V Fire Protection District, without an estimated increase in the current debt service property tax levy, borrow money in the amount of Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($320,000) for the purpose of providing upgraded apparatus and equipment at the Canton, Monticello, and Williamstown stations; and issue bonds for the payment thereof?
