FLINT HILL, Mo. -- A Palmyra woman was injured in a Friday afternoon crash in St. Charles County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said that a westbound 2006 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Tobias L. Krause, 21, of Troy, failed to yield to a southbound 2014 Dodge Caravan driven by Caren I. Sheputis, 45, of Palmyra, on southbound U.S. 61 at Route W. The front of the Caravan struck the left front of the Chevrolet, the patrol said, and both vehicles traveled off the left side of U.S. 61.

Krause and Sheputis, who were wearing seat belts, were taken by St. Charles County EMS to SSM St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis with minor injuries.
