Andrew Flesner and Doug Weese of B&B Building Systems in Camp Point recently graduated from the Wick Buildings Builder Orientation School in Mazomanie, Wis. They have joined over 100 builders in the Midwest who represent Wick Buildings. They completed a three-day session to learn about post-frame engineering and construction techniques, as well as building systems.
Tracy Hagman was named assistant director of public relations and marketing at John Wood Community College. She has been director of development at Sunset Home, director of marketing at Adams Telephone Co-Operative and Fiber, and vice president of treasury management at Mercantile Bank. Hagman has a bachelor's degree in speech and organizational communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
Libby Nolan has joined Townsquare Media Inc. as market president and chief revenue officer in Quincy and Hannibal, Mo. She will lead the local media team that includes KICK-FM, KRRY-FM, WLIQ-AM and KHMO-AM. Before joining Townsquare, Nolan was general sales manager for Entercom and Emmis in St. Louis.
Phil Conover, Quincy University president, was honored with the Affiliation to the Franciscan Province of the Sacred Heart at the QU Board of Trustees meeting May 10, by Fr. Tom Nairn, OFM, provincial minister of the friars of the Sacred Heart Province. The honor recognizes those who have made Franciscan values a part of their lives and welcomes them into the life of the Franciscan friars.
