Memphis woman injured in Scotland County crash

ARBELA, Mo. -- A Memphis woman was injured in a Sunday night crash in Scotland County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1996 Chevrolet 1500 driven by Lacey A. Miller, 20, of Memphis, was southbound on Route U, 3 miles south of U.S. 136, at 9:35 p.m. The patrol said the vehicle ran off the right side of the road and hit a tree.

Miller was taken by Air Evac to Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill., with minor injuries.

The patrol was assisted by the Scotland County Sheriff's Department, Scotland County Fire and Rescue, Gorin Fire Department and Scotland County Ambulance.
