Miss Jessica Wilson and Mr. Jacob Redman, both of Quincy, were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 25, 2019, in Tioga, Ill.
The bride is a daughter of Jack and Julie Wilson of Hamilton, Ill. She is a 2001 graduate of Hamilton High School, a 2002 graduate of Carl Sandburg College and a 2011 Nursing graduate of Southeastern Community College. She is an educator within the educational services department at Blessing Hospital.
The groom is a son of Kevin Redman and Debra Clawson of Quincy. He is a 1997 graduate of Quincy High School, a 1997 graduate of the Marine Corps boot camp in San Diego Calif., and served in Operation Enduring Freedom from 1997 to 2006. He is employed as a transportation specialist.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Joel Schlatter officiated.
Matron of honor was Joni Smith. Bridesmaids were Jaidyn Redman, Deanna Taylor, Ashlee Hoskins and Christie Wilson.
Best man was Jack Wilson, III. Groomsmen were Gerald Redman, Bobby Smith, Andrew Smith and Billy Smith.
Ring bearer was Jackie Wilson, IV. Flower girls were Allison Redman, Emma Smith, Isabella Smith, Jenna Wilson and Ava Smith. The ushers were Adam Cook, Aaron Cook and Eric Woods.
The rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents May 24, 2019, at Sprouts Inn in Quincy. The reception followed the ceremony at 5 p.m. at Machinist Lodge, in Quincy.
