QUINCY -- Quincy Medical Group announced a new partnership to offer a program that provides a personalized approach to nutrition with access to experts any time of day.

Xplore Nutrition offers a web-based program that pairs every person with a dietitian or professional nutrition coach who are available 24/7 by text, email, and social media to answer questions and guide patients toward accomplishing their goals.

Xplore Nutrition founder Sam Karoll said the partnership provides the community with the tools and programs to live a healthy lifestyle with support from Xplore and QMG.

"Xplore's nutrition coaching and dietitian services are perfect for individuals looking to lose weight, improve their health and well-being, perform at their best, or simply make better decisions throughout their daily lives," Karrol said. "At Xplore, we aren't just a nutrition company -- we are a lifestyle company. We don't just want the people who work with us to have success while they are in our program, but for years after we are gone."

QMG Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Services Coordinator Angie Zanger Geiselman said the partnership provides patients with added support and accountability toward meeting their health goals.

"QMG offers a wide variety of programs to meet the needs and interests of individuals," Zanger Geiselman said. "We are excited to partner with Xplore to provide an option that meets individuals where they're at in their life and gives them the tools they need to lead a healthier lifestyle."

Xplore is a membership-based program. Participants pay a monthly fee with rates varying depending on the length of commitment. Memberships are available in three-, six- or 12-month increments.
