To The Herald-Whig:
On Oct. 31, I took my car to Albertson Auto Body on Ninth Street between Maine and Jersey, to get a piece that had come loose under my car reattached.
Steve, the owner, wasn't there, so one of the employees, Jim, came out to look at the car. He asked me for the keys and took the car in, and in 10 minutes came back in the office, handed me the keys and said all was fixed. I asked how much do I owe you, to which he replied, "No charge."
How often do you get people like Jim in this crazy world we live in? Answer, not too often. My thanks to Jim, and his boss, Steve, for having such a high-quality person working for him.
