The bride is a daughter of Richard and Penny Ellerman of Quincy. She is a 2011 graduate of Quincy University earning a bachelor's degree and a 2014 graduate with a master's degree in communication. Brittany is employed as Director of Admissions at Quincy University.
The bridegroom is a son of James and Karen Weise of Quincy. He is a 2011 graduate from Quincy University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. Thomas is employed doing auto body at Knapheide.
Mr. Ellerman gave his daughter in marriage. Fr. John Doctor, OFM, officiated.
Matron of honor was Jacquelyn Liggett of Bloomington, Ill., friend of bride.

After a honeymoon at Riviera Maya, the newlyweds are at home in Quincy.
