Mr. Thomas and the former Dolores Greving were married Feb. 5, 1955, at St. Francis Church, Quincy. They met the day that Rollie hit a foul ball while playing baseball for Quincy College and nearly took Dee's head off. He approached her after the game to apologize, and the rest is history!

He loves vacationing at the family cabin in Minnesota, and enjoys visiting with their large family, especially his sister Marcella, now living in Quincy.

Dolores is a homemaker, a longtime volunteer at Good Samaritan Nursing Home, a member of the quilting club at St. Anthony's, and participates in many areas of service at the church. She loves vacationing at the family cabin in Minnesota and is still hosting holiday meals for the BIG Thomas family.
