QUINCY -- A three-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon on Broadway just east of North 63rd injured two people.

The Adams County Sheriff's Department said that a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Angela K. Clark, 49, of Fowler, was traveling east on Broadway at 3:35 p.m. when it rear-ended a 2002 Chevrolet pickup driven by Charles E. Cox, 79, of Quincy, who was waiting to turn into a private drive. The pickup entered the westbound lanes of Broadway, striking a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Kristen L. Greving, 19, of Quincy, the department said.

Cox and Greving were taken by Adams County Ambulance to Blessing Hospital with serious injuries.

Clark was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

The department was assisted by the Quincy Police Department, Tri-Township Fire Department, Quincy Fire Department and Adams County Ambulance.
