Miss Brooke Auer and Mr. Eric Lee were united in marriage at 5:30 p.m. on June 26, 2020 in Dayton, Minn. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the ceremony was held at the home of the bride's parents.

Greg Lee, uncle of the groom, conducted the ceremony. Music was provided by Molly Schuman, Jacob Schneider and Caleb Luck.

The bride is a daughter of Steve and Barb Auer of Dayton, Minn. Brooke is a 2014 graduate of Champlin Park High School. She earned bachelor's degrees in both History and Strategic Communications from the University of Missouri in 2018, as well as a master's degree in Education from the University of Minnesota in 2019. Brooke is currently employed as a teacher with Winona Area Public Schools in Winona, Minn.

The groom is a son of Tim and Beth Lee of Camp Point, Ill. Eric is a 2015 graduate of Camp Point Central High School. He earned a bachelor's degree in Sports Journalism from the University of Missouri in 2019. Eric is currently employed as a sports writer with the La Crosse Tribune in La Crosse, Wis.

Attending the bride were man of honor Blake Auer and maid of honor Megan Auer, siblings of the bride, both of Dayton, Minn. Bridesmaids were Ellie Lawler of La Crosse, Wis., Maggie Faulds of Champlin, Minn., Megan Lee, sister of the groom, of Camp Point, Ill., and Mallory Harre of Fort Collins, Colo. Personal assistants to the bride were Kassi Vold and Sarah Watson.

Attending the groom as best man was Chance Dahle of Columbia, Mo. Groomsmen were Caleb Luck of Colorado Springs, Colo., Jacob Schneider of Kansas City, Mo., Jonathan Lee, brother of the groom, of Camp Point, Ill., John Moellring of Dekalb, Ill., and Jordan Cook of Quincy, Ill.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the yard of the bride's parents' home.

The newlyweds are at home in La Crosse, Wis. They plan to honeymoon in Jamaica in 2021.
