Can I manage my print subscription online?

During our transition to the updated Whig.com website, only online subscriptions can be managed online.  Print subscriptions are managed by phone at this time.  

To adjust your print subscription, or to change your email address or for billing, delivery and subscription questions, please call customer service at 217-214-9444 during the following hours:

Mondays: 8 am to 6 pm

Tuesdays: 9 am to 6 pm

Wednesdays: 9 am to 6 pm

Thursdays: 9 am to 6 pm

Fridays: 9 am to 6 pm

Saturdays: closed

Sundays: 8am - Noon
