BOWLING GREEN, Mo. -- Four people were arrested on suspicion of drug charges in Pike County last week.
Officers served search warrants for narcotics at 515 S. 16th St. and 815 S. Court St. in Bowling Green on Nov. 4. The Bowling Green Police Department, and the Pike County and Ralls County Sheriff's Departments conducted the raids. Jada, a drug-sniffing dog from the Pike County Sheriff's Department, found methamphetamine and marijuana at the two residences.
Brenda L. Trower and Jeremy Potter were arrested after the search at 515 S. 16th. Trower, 54, has been charged with possession of controlled substances methamphetamine, amphetamine, dextroamphetamine and Adderall. Bond was set at $10,000 cash-only. Potter, 33, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $10,000 cash-only.
Douglas A. Berky and James S. Ortega were arrested after the search at 815 S. Court. Berky, 53, was charged with possession methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child. Ortega, 52, was charged with possession of methamphetamine.
All drug possession charges were Class C felonies and bond was set at $10,000 cash only for each of those arrested.
